Questions, answered
- Is there a free trial?
- Every plan is self-serve with no credit card required to start. The Free plan is limited to 14 days, after which you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using your dashboard — Starter, Growth and Scale have no such time limit.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
- Do I pay more for a different industry?
- No. The same plans power salons, barbershops and laundries — the modules simply adapt to your business type.
- What counts as a location?
- Each physical branch you operate. Multi-location reporting and roles are included on Growth and above.
- Is there a contract, or can I cancel any time?
- No long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard.
- What happens to my data if I’m switching from another system?
- You can start adding services, staff and customers as soon as your workspace is ready — most businesses are fully set up within a day. Moving a large existing customer list? Talk to our team and we’ll help you get it in.
